Window error in Photoshop CC 2019: here comes the remedy!

In Photoshop CC 2019 an error has crept in. This causes windows to be displayed in a much smaller format after an action.
These simple steps help to solve the dilemma:

1. open the Photoshop preferences and select the "Workspace" area.
2. disable the 3rd option "Open documents as tabs" and close the preferences.

That's it, it didn't hurt at all, did it?
