Proxy support is now available

Museums and institutes restrict and control the flow of data to the internet via proxy servers and firewalls. This prevents employees from accessing websites with malware and generally increases their security. This has an influence on the communication with our registration server.

Our developers have programmed an update that gives even large customers the necessary connection options in their hands: for large and small - as simple as ever.

Proxy Settings

Users whose Internet access is routed via a proxy server must make the necessary settings in the "Options" tab prior to registering. To do this, click on the "Proxy" button and fill in the "Proxy address" and "Port" fields as specified by your system administrator. If your proxy connection requires authentication, please also fill in the fields "Username" and "Password". Confirm the use of the Proxy Settings / Autehntification Settings by ticking the corresponding box. Then click on „Save".
